STAY AWAY- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! The entire property is a an unmaintained, uncleaned slum and eyesore. It's not even fit for free accommodation for homeless people. DO NOT SPEND MONEY TO STAY HERE. A NIGHT IN YOUR CAR AND A SHOWER AT THE YMCA IS BETTER! The rooms, lobby, exterior of the property are absolutely disgustingly dirty. Literal bags of garbage and unbagged trash scattered about. Hair on the sheets, stained towels, damaged doors and walls, unwashed floors, water damage in the bathroom. The entire property is a The water system isn't plumbed properly for a hotel- the showers vary from ice cold to scalding hot based on your neighbors toilet flushes and shower use. The units have lots of "bad landlord fixes" where they smear half a tube of caulk on cracks, just paint over drywall damage rather than patching properly, improper use of materials, such as fiberboard in the damp bathroom that's swelling.

No hot water overnights, fridge not working, first room given was dirty with no soap offered. they gave me a better room, but still problems as listed above. For price: OK.

We checked it at the midtown premium yesterday January 19, 2026, as I have an appointment nearby the place. We go to the receptionist as long as you enter you smell the old and not pleasant odor. The guy was nice and helpful.The room was smell awful. The washroom are not same as the pictures shown at the ads. It's very far from the pictures at the ads. the place was not safe at all. I will not come back at that place. It's horrible!!!

staff behavior was very inappropriate. just opened the door without our permission and entered our room saying that you didn't open the door when he knocked. zero privacy for customers. i will never come back again to this hotel . worst hotel ever in saskatoon

This was certainly one of the worse places we’ve ever stayed, we felt very unsafe here and the room was not good, the shower didn’t work properly and our next door neighbours where very sketchy people, the walls were paper thin, we couldn’t sleep all night because the people next to us where screaming and fighting all night and in the midst of that playing loud music, at some point in the night their smoke detector went off and a little while later ours did too, no idea why ours went on when we didn’t do anything other then trying to get some rest which was impossible, all I know is that I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you’re up to no good yourself and don’t feel super unsafe when you hear fighting and screaming all night and no one does anything about it. There were even people trying to open our door, we could hear the noise in our room when this keycard was denied.

Staff at the front desk are always super friendly. This time - not sure if it was because of the holidays or the cleaning crew - but we had to ask repeatedly for the room to be cleaned. We were there for 10 days and the toilet bowel was never cleaned. They did however came late at night when we realized they didn't leave any TP and the dropped it off which was great. Complimentary breakfast of toast, fruit, coffee and juice was nice. Felt safe and it was usually quiet if not one call the the front office settled things down.
