Security deposit
The security deposit, to cover possible damages, will be held by the agency. The house manager will carefully survey the property at check out and immediately inform the tenant and/or his agency about any existing damage, sending evidence (photos) via email. Within one week from check out, a complete documentation will be sent on the extent and amount of damages/charges accompanied by a formal invoice. We prefer not to ask cash as security deposit, as this would affect the stock of liquidity to be spent locally.
Rental periods and expected arrival/departure time
Rental period goes from Saturday to Saturday. Around Christmas, Easter and more generally in low season, arrival and departure dates can be flexible, still with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Standard check-in is from 4PM and standard check-out by 10AM. Different times should be agreed with theportfolio manager ideally at the time of booking and always before arrival.

Bookings are 100% confirmed upon reception of 50% of the rental fee as booking deposit. The balance should be wired 60 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation by the client, we will do our best to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period and, accordingly, refund the money sent deducting 10% administrative fee.
