The room so clean and nice appearance decorations look modern suitable with my beyond expectations. The breakfast should be start by 7am not 7.30 caused make the guest rushing or cannot enjoy the breakfast before need early check out or go other tour driver pick up early at hotel. Thanks to Mr Aziz for your good understanding and helping during our stayed at this hotel.

Good friendly staff, clean modern rooms, great location but the central AC was off (1st week of November) which was uncomfortable for us as had to leave window open which lead to excessive traffic noise and the odd mosquito.

Unfortunately, at least 2 days HK not provide daily Bottles of Water and coffee ,, When Arrived hotel late no water Suppose to provide Much and Take Care The Fantastic Issue Weel chair Room Available

There is nothing wrong with the place or staff. Cery well maintained, clean. Only one problem communication .

Overall I would rate the hotel as a 3 star not a 4 star hotel. It was very convenient to Istanbul attractions. We walked to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia Mosque in a 15 minute uphill walk. It was entirely safe except for the Turkish rug salesmen around the mosques. The calls for prayer were loud, but this is all over the city. We also walked to the Basilica cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and Galata Bridge and Tower on easy walks. I feel that the hotels location is its biggest asset. There are a large number of restaurants and nightlife immediately adjacent to the hotel. We had 2 free nights from Turkish Airlines and added 2 additional nights for a total of 4. The breakfast was good and we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant 2 nights. I would definitely stay there again. Istanbul is a lively vibrant city.
