This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a true gem. With its modern amenities, beautiful views, and unbeatable location, it's the perfect place to call home during your time in Playas del Coco. Soak in the beautiful shared pool, or take a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shops or restaurants.



The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

The main strip of the town is only a 15-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Guests can access the all of the 3 shared pool areas of the Villa Riviera Complex and the common laundry. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

You’re in luck! The condo is situated right in front of one of the three pools in the community—perfect for morning dips, lazy afternoons, or unwinding after a day of adventure.

Stepping inside through the sliding glass doors, you’ll be welcomed by an inviting open-concept living space featuring:
• A cozy, comfortable couch
• A large Smart TV for relaxing movie nights
• A dining area perfect for meals or entertaining
• A fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals

The dining area also includes a dedicated office space with a desk and chair—ideal for remote work or planning your vacation activities.

For added convenience, the first floor includes a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two charming bedrooms and the second full bathroom:
• The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample storage, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the hills surrounding the complex and Coco.
• The second bedroom offers two single beds and a small storage area—perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests.

Simple, charming, and cozy, Condo Orchidea has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in one of Coco’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Such a Beautiful and Nice Condo

This condo has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Furnishings were very comfortable. The condo was so bright and inviting! We were with other family members who had rented a condo just 2 buildings down in the same complex. Its an all around enjoyable stay.
