Mercure SP Bela Vista was a great hotel for those on a budget. They have everything you need, and while there was no microwave in the room, I was able to heat up my food at the downstairs dining. I would compare this hotel to a Marriott Courtyard or Holiday Inn. The gym and sauna amenities were also a plus.

Bom hotel se tu não usa a academia.

O hotel é bom e só (já fiquei duas vezes), bem conservado, localização boa para quem necessita ir aos hospitais próximos. Café da manhã é ponto alto da estadia. Precisa de mais atenção: Academia, beira a precariedade e talvez seja ponto fundamental pra que eu não retorne, de duas esteiras apenas uma funcionava, as vezes ficavam 6 pessoas pra usar um aparelho. E a limpeza dentro dos quartos precisa melhorar, coloquei uma roupa preta no armário, quando fui retirar tava de outra cor de tanta poeira.

Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente localização porém muito provavelmente eu não voltaria a me hospedar nele por conta de uma atitude desumana que ocorreu por parte do restaurante. Simplesmente se recusaram a esquentar a comida da minha filha (01 ano). Tive que contar com o bom senso do funcionário da recepção que resolveuoproblema. Nota 0 para o restaurante.

Não agradou muito, pelos seguintes motivos: atendimento seco, não muito simpático, ar condicionado do quarto estava extremamente barulhento e pingando água, internet não funcionou (veio o técnico e mesmo assim não resolveu), TV não estava com sinal. Podia ter maisnuma cadeira no quarto para podermos fazer as refeições.
