There was mold in the bathroom and I saw some cockroaches also. The staff in the desk was nice and the housekeeper too but the servers in the breakfast room were very impolite and rude. They ate in front of the guests and this was very disrespectful and disgusting. I will not recommend this hotel.

El hotel no está mal. Lo único se ven muchas manchas de humedad. En nuestra habitación había muchas hormigas. Está bien si estás un tiempo para ducharte y descansar una noche. La ubicación está muy bien y el desayuno que te ofrecen no está mal.

Infelizmente atendentes na recepção mal treinados, quarto desconfortável, café da manhã insatisfatório. Nao ha comodidades. Nao ha um cartão com informações no quarto. Pedimos uma manta e so na segunda noite conseguimos. Pedimos toalha e a resposta foi que ja estava tarde (isso 20h da noite). Enfim podem melhorar muito e torço que o façam.

Quarto que estávamos era enorme, cama muito confortável e tudo estava muito limpo. Somente uma observação; no café da manhã, as funcionárias (todas que estavam no momento) pareciam estar de mau humor, eu disse bom dia, não me responderam e ainda uma virou a cara, achei de mau tom a atitude. No mais, café da manhã bem gostoso.

Café da manhã e equipe muito bons, com destaque para a atendente Fernanda. Funcionários da recepção poderiam ser mais receptivos, à exceção do Carlos, do turno da noite. O hotel deveria estimular o turismo, com sugestões de festas regionais e lugares para visitar
