Apartment located in a prime area of ​​the city and close to 🏖️ (3 minutes by car; 6 minutes by bike via the trail, the use of which will depend on its conditions at the time of your stay; and 15 minutes by bike via the Avenue), restaurants, pizzerias, shopping malls, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty salons, etc.

The condominium has a covered parking space, party room, swimming pool, 24-hour security cameras, electronic gate and elevator.

The property has a partial view of the 🏖️, a work and study area with available Wi-Fi internet (FREE AND UNLIMITED). The apartment is well-ventilated, airy, and quiet. It is furnished with new furniture and household items; and appliances in perfect condition. For greater security and convenience for guests, the property has a key safe and electronic lock, allowing check-in and check-out to be done independently and conveniently. We do not accept pets. Some of our Basic Items and Amenities: we provide bed linen, table linen, and bath towels for all beds and guests; 1 (one) pillow for each guest (extra quantity upon prior request); toilet paper; hand and body soaps; capsule and ground coffee; sugar; Sweetener and jams.

- Kitchen: marble countertop, refrigerator, water filter, 4-burner stove with carbon monoxide detector, range hood, traditional and capsule coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, air fryer, and electric kettle. - Bedroom: double bed, single bed (for guests to use), playpen-type crib (provided it is requested in advance by the guest. It has 2 height levels and accommodates up to 15 kg or a child up to 2 years old), wardrobe, 32' smart TV and split air conditioning. Upon prior request from the guest, we have 1 (one) EXTRA single mattress available. Bathroom: 01 (one) bathroom with heated shower, grab bars, bath and face towels, hair dryer and toiletries. - Corridor leading to the bathroom: fire detector fixed to the ceiling. - Parking space: 01 (one) covered parking space. - Cooler with 02 (two) small tables available to the guest(s) during their stay, upon prior request.
