"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment...

Ficamos no quarto família e gostei, além da cama de casal, havia uma cama de solteiro e um sofá cama de casa. Ainda no quarto havia uma pia e cooking top, o que ajudou na cocção da comidinha do bebe.
