Staff did not accommodate with any of our request. As gold member of Expedia I received a message to upgrade our room but were told they don’t have any other room. They did not even offer free breakfast for 2. On first day of check in, we requested an early check in cuz it was an extremely hot day but they did not accommodate that either. They were going to double charge the tax until I spoke up and said you already charged it so they waived the second additional charge.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Great service and very clean and modern looking. It is in a very safe area. We had no issues. Less than 10 min walk from Sagrada Família. Our room was cleaned every day and they had the mini fridge conveniently stocked up with drinks and snacks. They refilled it every time we took something out. Staff knows multiple languages. We spoke to them in both English and Spanish. Lobby also has a nice seating/waiting area, great for waiting on taxis. Would definitely stay again.
