Hotel is in the best location, near all the action but far enough away to be an oasis after a long day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing!

Very clean room and friendly staff! Carried our bags, help schedule airport shuttles and breakfast every morning was delicious. If I travel back to santorini I will be staying here again!

Just be aware that there could be a lot of stairs to go down to your room. Once you get to your room, the view is spectacular and the rooms were immaculate and spacious. I would highly recommend this place if you don’t have mobility issues.

Hotel is perfectly situated. Rooms and views are extraordinary. Staff is wonderful and a particular shout out to Helena at the pool bar. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Panorama Suits and we will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Suites. The view of the caldera and volcano was incredible and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Santorini. Being able to relax in our private outdoor hot tub while looking out over the caldera made the room feel really special. The location in Fira was also extremely convenient—we could walk to restaurants, shops and everything we needed, while still being able to come back and enjoy the view from our room. The property was beautiful and the whole experience felt worth the splurge. Santorini was already amazing, but staying here made it even more memorable. I would definitely stay again.

We switched to this hotel after staying in another for one night and having a terrible experience. This was such a breath of fresh air. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful from greeting us at the door every time we walked in to carrying our bags up and down the stairs to our room. The pool is very relaxing and location wise this hotel is right by everything you could need.

Most stunning hotel. Staff were outstanding. Great breakfast and cocktails served by the pool, where you can enjoy that stunning view. Rooms were so well appointed, beautiful and peaceful. I would make this choice again as the hotel and location (great access to Fira bus station) were both simply perfect. More convenient and less crowded than Oia.

Perfect location in the heart of Fira. Quiet location even in the middle of the crowds. Staff were helpful and communication could not have been better. Would recommend to everyone! Breakfast was a plus!

Awesome sunset views. Clean and comfortable rooms and bed was especially comfy. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was freshly made, delicious and tailored to individual preferences. Location was centrally located in Fira. Unforgettable stay!

Amazing stay in Fira. Stayed with my family of 6; there were 4 beds (one in the loft, one in a private bedroom, and 2 in a common area). It did take two elevators to get to our room, however it was never an issue for us. There was a private hot tub which we made us of. We would definitely return.

Amazing view from balcony. Lovely cold pool. Breakfast was outstanding — ordered each night for next morning. Sat overlooking the caldera. A bit of a hike to get to room — 2 different elevators and up to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator). Porter helped us get bags all the way to the bus. Perfect location. Free liter of water each day. Food/bar by pool — Greek salad was fab.
