I spent hours searching for rooms in this area and reading the five star reviews and the one-star reviews. I found similar one star reviews for other hotels probably competition. Don't listen to them at all. This hotel was amazing absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to go back here again. Everything was perfect my only complaint would be the outdoor Spa is above the suite so you have to walk up a small set of stairs to get to it. I slipped on the way down because my feet were wet but it was my own fault. Everything Is Beautiful

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great location in both Santorini and Imerogivli, gorgeous room and amazing breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a 5star hotel and we would highly recommend it. Loved it.

Location is perfect, beautiful sunset views right on the caldera. Very romantic! The reason we can’t give it 5 stars is because the AC in the loft room was not effective at cooling the space and breakfast service was very slow and the food wasn’t great.

We arrived at the property to check in view was amazing. Check in office was, small and our greeting of property was sub par walked us to our suite, opened the door and left. 1st night the A/C was broke and making noise, tried to call, no response. Next afternoon they came to ask what was wrong and wanted to move us to a lesser value room. We settled on staying and letting them fix it, they paid for a catamaran cruise. We returned that night, it was fixed, however floor was so dirty from the repairs it was unsettling. Hottub and AC shutoff, you have to call and have them turn it on each day if they are available.

Magnifique séjour au Kapari natural resort. Tout était simplement magique, de la chambre avec son jacuzzi indoor et son style unique, à la vue à couper le souffle, en passant par le petit déjeuner succulent. Merci à toutes les équipes qui ont été adorables, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous avons la chance de revenir un jour à Santorin!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff accommodating your needs. All day food menu. Great breakfasts in a nice outdoor area. It's also in the center of Caldera so close to everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel.
