「I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday. Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better. However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest...

「I went half-board at this hotel. Room itself was spacious and had a wonderful view. TV was large and had HDMI ports, which was also very convenient. The sofa turns to a bed which is also a nice touch. Room is relatively modern and had all the facilities needed. Staff were polite and helpful, but I would have preferred if I were informed earlier that half-boarders can only access water during dinner. It would have saved an awkward conversation. However, that is only a minor nitpick. Food itself...
