Very nice hotel but the receptionists can be more helpful
The rooms are above a busy bar in a central part of Santiago, so a great location. Rooms are basic but clean with a shared bathroom. My room had a balcony over the street which was fun. There was some work being carried out in the building at the time I stayed but it didn’t unduly affect my stay. ...
It was very nice and clean, excellent attention . Rooms were clean and great size.
Fast check in. Great breakfast! Close to many parks. Easy walk to town center
Location is next to Old Town so you get the benefit of the many cafes and bars and boutique shopping...yet a nice upscale hotel
I loved the location of this hotel so much! I was a little let down by the room though, as I was essentially below ground / no view of anything and near the street (so loud at night). The room itself was fairly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Clean property. Business location relatively close to airport. Ate at the hotel restaurant; while the food was good the service was not. Not a great hotel for Camino de Santiago pilgrims.
Walkable to the old town center. Clean, quiet, and safe. Limited food facilities though.
