ワンコにも優しい
部屋はとにかく広くて清潔。窓からの開放的な景色も素晴らしかったです。旧市街からはちょっと離れているのが残念だけど、それ以外はとても快適でした。夏の暑い時期だったので保冷剤パックを持参していたのですが、ホテルの冷凍庫で凍らせておいて欲しいと頼んだら快くOKしてくれました。助かりました！ワンコにオモチャも用意してくださりありがとうございました。

Foi tudo bem. Fiquei apenas uma noite. Gostei do quarto grande,da idéia dos lavatórios serem fora da casa de banho. O colchão confortável porém os pés das camas estavam meio soltos e tortos dando instabilidade à cama e fazendo barulho à qualquer movimento. No local não tem opções de comércio próximo,o que não tem problema para quem está de carro.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con una cama muy grande y confortable. Aunque el hotel está un poco a las afueras, los taxis te dejan en la Puerta del Obradoiro por poco más de seis euros y hay además una línea de autobuses junto al hotel que te deja en el centro.

La verdad es que estuvimos gratamente sorprendidos del buen estado del hotel y de los servicios. Tal vez en el área del piscina serían necesarias más poltronas y servicio de bebidas ofrecido ahí mismo. Pero el resto muy bien 👍

Regular, y no pudimos dormir tenian puesta la calefacción llegando la habitacion a 29 grados de calor con el aire apagado, no habia manera de enfriar tenian el aire para enfriar apagado! A pesar que reclamamos no pusoeron aire acondicionado.abrir la venta estaba el ruido de la autopista Solo calefacción cuando el clima habia cambiado y estaba caluroso.

The hotel gives an incredible impression at first. However, many things went wrong with our stay. Firstly, from our room you can hear absolutely everything from the corridor and from the room next door, meaning that obviously everyone should be able to hear you also. Secondly, on our arrival we where given an adapted room, because of overbooking of the hotel. For those which are like me and did not know exactly what adapted means, is basically that instead of a bathtub or a normal shower, you have one adapted for wheelchairs. I do understand that hotels must have rooms adapted for those that need them. However, when i made the reservation and payment, I did so expecting the nice advantages of having a bathtub and a normal bathroom. And i would never expect from a 4 star hotel to be unable to fulfill those expectations. What i would have expected is that upon reservation i would have been told that the room I was paying and booking was not actually gonna be what was advertised, as this would have allow me to cancel and rebook in another place. Even though the hotel staff where very nice all over our stay, there were unable to do anything about our room. Due to this i would not recommend or return to this hotel
