I had hot tea and croissants in the lobby and enjoyed people watching, every staff member was TOP TIER!! Very attentive and considerate and made sure my birthday stay was most enjoyable. The standards are set HIGH at the Eldorado Hotel and we can not WAIT TO RETURN. The room was great. It is more like a small apartment than a hotel. So there is a fridge, stove, oven etc. Convenient location close to the metro. The only issue is if you don't stay for more than 6 days you cannot have new towels or cleaning service.

The accommodation was good overall, but the location made transport to the town quite difficult. It felt a bit isolated, with no shops nearby, and we had to walk about 20 minutes uphill to reach the town centre. This made getting around less convenient than expected.
