Explore the surrounding vineyards and visit one or more of the many grand castles that dot the landscape. Sniff the flowers in the gardens of Château de Villandry and sketch the distinctive French Renaissance architecture of Château de Chambord.

Centre-Loire Valley is a popular vacation option, offering a wonderful combination of medieval history, rural landscapes and classic French architecture.
Easy to find, excellent location for food & being just off the motorway. Very small room but comfy big bed. Lovely breakfast. Big car park. Friendly helpful staff.
Plus: very close to autoroute exit and to restaurants. Negative: tiny bathroom with no room to even turn around.
Accepts pets. Breakfast very good. Not happy with room, wall missing between bedroom and bath and replaced with curtain.
The hotel fulfilled my needs and was in a great location, across the street from the train station. The staff was always pleasant- letting us check in much earlier and stow our bags while we visited the city.
This is a basic hotel without lots of frills but it was very clean and a very good value.
