"Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca."

"Rental is facilitated through Homerti, which went smoothly with good and responsive communication. In the house, we got so much more than we expected - including 4 bedrooms (1 each) when the listing says 3. The bathrooms are new, great showers.
