End unit townhome, that's only a 10 minute walk from one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Located at the back of Cassine Gardens, right at the opening to the nature trail, and just down street from the community pool and tennis courts.. This location is a quick bike ride to Seaside so guests can enjoy the local shops and restaurants!

Great Rental
This property has a wonderful location! You don’t even need to drive once you arrive you are able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Such a beautiful location! The rental itself was very comfortable with plenty of space for the family. I couldn’t find the ceiling fan remote and when I messaged the host they responded very quickly and helped me find it. Would book again when we come back to Santa Rosa.

Great spot on 30a!
We had a lovely week staying at Tranquility! The space was comfortable and roomy for our family of four. Our host made check in easy and was easy to communicate with. We had a great week on 30a and would look forward to returning to this location. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Location
We had an excellent stay at this condo. The owner stayed in touch via text and answered all our questions. Wonderful condo in a very nice complex and excellent location. Very spacious and clean condo. I loved sitting out on deck off of master bedroom which overlooked nature preserve.

Tranquility
I’m not a beach person so the swamp area behind the property was right up my alley. I loved being able to watch and listen to the wildlife the forest had to offer. Still close enough walk to the beach that beach goers can enjoy the property as well. Loved it and would definitely stay again.
