Beautiful location! Convenient to the beach and numerous restaurants. The Seaside Square is perfect for shopping and dining options for many tastes. The house was ideal for our large family and offered plenty of space to spread out. Beach during the day and pool in the evening- doesn’t get better than that. We loved the quiet neighborhood. Our group did not opt to rent the golf cart and found no issue with available parking around town. We’ll certainly be back!

Family vacation

Our family get together included ages 1-92 and we all greatly enjoyed our time. A main level master suite and nearby ramp beach access was so convenient for our members with mobility issues. The pool was the perfect entertainment for our kids. A great space, great lay out.

Family Celebration

We loved our stay. Great location; easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We got a golf cart so we never had to get in our car the whole trip! The pool was great for the days we didn’t want to do the beach.

Our home away from home!

This is our second time staying in this house and yet again it was an amazing stay! Will be back! The pool was heated and very clean. The house was clean and the check in was flawless. No worries, just show up and relax. The communication is wonderful, also. If you have any questions or concerns, someone always responds and helps you. As long as this house is here, my family and I will always return. The location is literally a small stroll from the beach and a small stroll from bike and hiking trails.

Paradise.

My husband, 1 year old daughter and I had the best weekend in Seagrove staying at this rental. It was extremely clean, updated and had all the essentials plus some nice touches. The heated pool was an amazing addition and the neighborhood was very peaceful and private. Beach access is super close as well as access to Publix and nearby cities/restaurants. However, we didn’t even touch Seaside or any community areas because of how fabulous this house was!

Perfect in every way

This was perfect for my family. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful location. The house was beautiful and very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and very well kept as well. If you want to relax and enjoy comfort this is the place to be.

Family Vacation

The property was great for accommodating our multi-generational family. The downstairs master and pool were accessible to my elderly parents. The bunk room and day bed accommodated our 6 teenage children. The location is very convenient to 30-A and the beach and the Water Color Publix via the Nature Walk trail.

Great House

This house is beautiful and spacious. Our group of 11 were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful to come home to after a day sightseeing or after a beach day. Location is excellent. Just about a 3-4 block walk to the beach and about 1.5 miles from Seaside Center. Management company was very responsive and super easy to work with. We had an issue with the 1st floor thermostat and they were there to fix it shortly after I notified them. We will definitely rent again next year!!!!

Wonderful stay at Seagrove

We had such an awesome spring break! This house was close to everything you need. We rode bikes to Seaside and the beach (right down the street). We had the pool heated for our stay and that was a hit for the kids. The storage room has a ton of beach toys so no need to bring your own. We would definitely stay again! Thank you from Texas!

The house was good for a group of friends. Was an easy bike ride to the beach. Listing says house includes beach chairs, but the chairs in shed were rusted/broken.

Beautiful house, quiet location

We had a great vacation at this house! It fit our two families perfectly (4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 13 years-8 months). Everything was clean and we had starter packs of soaps, TP, bath and shower products, etc. We received the text that we could check in about an hour before 5pm, so that was nice to go on and get settled. The kids loved the pool and there were tons of pool toys to play with. We used the grill one night. The bikes and beach toys were enjoyed. Lots of restaurants nearby and places to get ice cream (which we did almost every night...our favorite was It's Heavenly in Seaside!). The only negative thing I would say is that the beach was farther than I anticipated. Thankfully we were able to rent a golf cart last minute and we used it to go to and from the beach, and also to drive to Seaside and other nearby restaurants and shops throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend getting a golf cart if you stay here, especially with little ones and lots of stuff to take to the beach. We had a great trip and the house was perfect for us!

This place was incredible. Quite simple yet super peaceful I will stay there from here on out. I have a son with Autism he slept incredible there which is extremely unusual for him with a new place. The beach was about 10 min walk so we rented a golf cart and that made things so much easier because we like to bring a ton of things to the beach. If you can rent directly through 30Avacay that's what I would do and that's what I will do from here on out. They're responsive and it's always good to cut the middle man....

Private Home conveniently located to beach, shopping & dining.

The accommodations were spacious & essentials generously provided. Close proximity to beach with chairs & bikes included. Private pool with floats & noodles for water fun. Had cooling issues with A/C but 30A - Vacay supplied rotating fans & compensated us for the problem. Communication was excellent & great service!

Perfect family getaway for social distancing👍🏼

Private pool, that you can have heated. 2 master suites, for multiple families. A block from the beach, on a quiet street. Hosts provide 4 bikes(plus toddler bike), beach chairs and a wagon to haul stuff to the beach. Beaches were much less crowded than Destin. Note- 1 bedroom is downstairs for folks with mobility issues., other bedrooms are on second floor.

Great property and location

Our first trip to 30A and we loved this property. The high ceilings and decor made it feel even more spacious than it was. The yard and pool were wonderful. Great location - 8 minute bike ride to Seaside and just a block from beach access. It’s a winner!

Perfect Beach Home

It was out first time staying in this beautiful home. It was big enough for 2 families to stay and still have room to move around. Day 1 we did have an issue with the backdoor lock , the porch lights, pool lights and upstairs master bedroom cover stained in what we believe it was blood. I sent an email that night and the next day they sent out a person and fixed the lock and porch lights except for the pool lights. On the stain we did not report it just because they had extra covers there and we changed the covers and the cover that was stain we washed it. It was not a big stain but it was on the feet part and still very red. Other than that, no complains at all. We even extended our stay by a day :) We will be back next year for sure! This was the perfect Family Vacation and thanks to the home it made it feel like we were at home!

Pristine!

The house was noticeably well-cleaned and had a fresh scent when we arrived. Comfortable beds, nice quality towels and pots! We cooked a lot and found everything we needed. Only wish there would have been more dish towels. There were 11 of us and we were comfortable. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

30A yearly summer vacay

We decided to try out this super nice place this time simply bc of location to beach and own private pool! Super clean, plenty of cookware, and just all together great!!! Our kiddos just LOVED having the pool there!! Only complaint....the pool lights don’t work at night, but pool guy told us they’ve always been like that! Only downfall and that’s huge! Oh yeah....it’s an up and coming neighborhood with houses being built where older homes were, but lots of trailers right across the street. No biggie, but to some it might be! 🤷🏻‍♀️We really enjoyed our stay!! We will def be back!!
