DETAILS: It will be hard to say goodbye to Shore Beats Work. This brand new 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Seagrove Beach home sleeps 16 in sumptuous comfort. Guests will enjoy a short walk to the beach, a private heated pool with a wide sun shelf and sitting spa, 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle, multiple porches, and spaces designed for long conversations.
Guests enter Shore Beats Work from a comfy front porch with views of the surrounding woods. A spacious living and dining area have pale wood floors, white shiplap walls, and lots of natural light from glass doors that open to an outdoor courtyard. Rattan chairs, a wet bar with wine chiller, bookshelves with a natural wood finish, and 2 sofas and armchairs surround a gas fireplace with a flat-screen TV. Around the corner, a kitchen outfitted in whites and grays has a marble waterfall island that seats 4, a gas range, and premium appliances. French doors from the kitchen open to the courtyard’s covered porch, where cushioned chairs swivel to face a mounted flat-screen TV or the spacious pool. Guests will enjoy the wide sun shelf and sitting spa that spills into the shimmering blue pool. A guest bedroom off the kitchen has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and sliding glass doors opening to the pool and courtyard.

A primary bedroom on the second floor has an arched ceiling, king bed, and a sitting area with chairs and a flat-screen TV, tucked into an alcove leading to French doors that open to a balcony overlooking the pool. The room’s dramatic private bathroom has a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A guest bedroom with a queen bed also has French doors that open to the balcony overlooking the pool and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bunk room that has 2 full-over-full bunk beds. A third guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Good and bad comments

Overall the property location was very good. Only a couple of negatives, lots of construction going on around us, the beach location was not too easy to get to, we had to wade across some water in order to reach the beach. This meant if you had a wagon filled with beach toys, towels etc. you needed 2 people to lift it as you walked through the water.
