the sliding door lock on the one side was broken. the fan knob doesn’t exist the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and i screwed it back in and tightened as best as possible the outlets for my phone the for the tv worked and the one under not the two by the bed

We like to Close to the ocean, clean and friendly, the only inconvenience for us was not coffee maker and not refrigerator

Nice pool area, very clean, basic room, ours could use an upgrade but our friends room had been upgraded and was nice. Not fancy but excellent location and would stay again

This is my 4th stay with the property. I mainly return for the staff and location. Angel in reception and the cleaning staff, especially Hirlanda are super.

Caro por lo que ofrece...
Las habitaciones estándar son caras para lo que recibes…tienen un ambiente tipo motel económico, el baño pequeño y limitado, colchas baratas…El ruido del aire acondicionado de un banco junto a la alberca es todo el día y no hay tranquilidad para descansar en algún camastro...La gente está en la alberca gritando hasta pasadas 9:30 de la noche, o sea que si llegaste temprano para descansar, ya no vas a poder. Veo el estacionamiento muy limitado con unos cuantos espacios, los demás coches se quedan en la calle. No sé si regresaríamos, pero cada quien sabe lo que acepta y permite por su dinero. Los turistas mexicanos no exigimos, por eso los servicios son en ocasiones caros y de mala calidad. Es culpa de quien paga por eso.

Muy amable todo el personal cerca de playa mercados al lado , taxi a unos pasos lo unico q resta puntos es el pobre wifi no llega a la habitacion y q es un poco ruidosa la zona por lo q desde temprano despiertas y no descansan bien toallas muy rasposas o duras pero por la relacio costo -beneficio no esta mal

esta bien ubicado, una parte del hotel que es muy sencillo, es mas nueva que la otra, me toco habitacion relativamente vieja aunque con a/c funcionando y t.v. cable bueno, tuve problema al principio ya que querian cobrar aparte el frigobar, pero se soluciono hablando con la gerente. En cuanto a la limpieza, estuvo normal en habitacion, pero note que la alberca estaba un poco sucia por lo que ni la use.

Fue una experiencia cómoda! El hotel cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventilador, alberca y no está muy lleno, la Limpieza se hace a diario!! Muy cómodo.

El hotel en si está bien, pero hubo muchos detalles 1. Reservé una habitación con cama king. Me dieron un cuarto con 2 camas matrimoniales. 2. El wifi nunca funcionó bien. En restaurantes a poca distancia el wifi fue excelente , pero en Maxico nada bien. 3. A hacer el check-out pedí una toalla para las 3 horas que me quedaban, pero me dijeron que no. Es un hotel popular y por eso sabiendo lo que expliqué no se van a sorprender

Me gustó el trato de todo el personal, todos son súper amables y atentos. El establecimiento siempre está limpio y son rápidos. Me hicieron favor de guardar mi equipaje sin ningún problema. No me gustó el horario de la alberca, tal vez debería durar más tiempo por las noches.
