"The hotel was great, and the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is the complimentary breakfast. It would be nice to have better and more diverse food options, along with clear labels on the items, especially for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. It would also be a great addition if the hotel had an on-site restaurant with a wider variety of food options. This would make the hotel feel more lively and give guests the convenience of having a place to eat without having to leave. Overall, we had a great experience, and the hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. With a few improvements to the food options and dining experience, it could be even better!"

"This place it was excellent when no problem is closed to areas that would you like to visit like the library the staff are so helpful anything you need you just got to call them you can get room service that would do everything amazing they have two restaurants one in the third floor one in the first floor both places are really good excellent foot I do recommend this place to anybody just make sure that if you bring your spouse or anybody with you that deluxe room is pretty much a king room and then the rest of it they're small bed"

"The only thing I didn’t know is that it is almost one hour from the airport ànd the traffic was very heavy. But besides that , I liked the house, Lidia ànd Leidy were very helpful, breakfast was pretty good ànd they helped with any questions I had. By the way, I love the birds singing in the morning. There is loud music from a night restaurant where people eat, gather and dances every night. If you can’t handle the noise, you should consider it. I got a lot of good merchandise from places close and visited ( by foot) important buildings around. Thank you for everything. ESTRELLITA"
