「We were a group of 10 who just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It exceeded our groups expectations. It is quaint, in a beautiful setting. The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. We enjoyed the pool and the bar servers at the pool were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. 」

「部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったが、エアコンの効きが悪く寒かったのと、wi-fiが繋がりにくかった。自分で水や少し食料を持参したから良かったが、周辺にはお店もないので、冷蔵庫に少し飲み物を用意したり、紅茶やコーヒーくらい付けて欲しかった。レストランにデザートを食べに行ったが、カットフルーツを子供達が頼んだら、丸ごとの果物とナイフが出てきて唖然…。ジェラートを頼んだら棒アイス…あまりに手抜き！素敵なホテルだけれど、ちょっと残念だった。でも、犬連れには庭も広くて快適だったのでフィレンツェに行く時はまたぜひ泊まりたい」

「I want to be sure to call out the place that mom and I stayed during our trip to Tuscany. This was the perfect base for us to stay. They have a restaurant on site and breakfast was included. Barbara took care of us in the mornings, Francesco made sure we had everything we needed during the day (the best parking, where to go, and even brought me a bottle of Persecco and chips down by the pool). Claudia is the best hostess for dinner. She absolutely goes out of her way to make sure your dinning...

「Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte da Serena la quale ci ha dato un mucchio di informazioni utili per le visite dei dintorni e del Borgo particolarmente rimarchevole la pulizia estrema della camera e della struttura. Colazione buona e abbondante. Doccia fantastica!! Offre gratuitamente anche il posto per la macchina e le camere offrono un piccolo frigorifero davvero molto utile in questa stagione molto calda.
