"We booked here last minute as our first booking through VRBO turned out to be a scam. Giacomo the owner/host was great from the start. Almost immediately after booking (while in flight across the Atlantic) he was reaching out via WhatsApp with details etc for our stay that next day. The house is very warm and inviting. "Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato dal 13 al 15 agosto, in 3 adulti e 3 bambini, e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Al nostro arrivo la villa era impeccabilmente pulita e in ordine, con l’aria condizionata già accesa. Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato anche qualcosa da bere, un piccolo gesto molto apprezzato. "SUPER CLEAN upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with PLENTY of cookware. That said, it's a bit disingenuous. The main bathroom has neither a shower or a toilet seat as well as an inoperable bath tub. The bathroom with a shower has a door that doesn't close properly. And both have a NO PAPER AT ALL IN THE TOILET policy. The kitchen has everything you'd need, however the refrigerator - while working but not plugged in upon arrival - is quite antiquated. There IS another one inside the cabinet but hasn't...
