A great place to stay
A very nice resort, a solid 4-star. Good food, good service, very nice facility, good entertainment. A very nice place to stay with everything you need. However, to see more that the resort a car is recommended, the surrounding area does not have so much to offer.

Struttura fisicamente molto bella e ben posizionata, da migliorare assolutamente il sevizio clienti e la gestione. Ps se vi reputate un 4 stelle, solitamente è “carineria” far trovare all’interno della camera dell’acqua offerta dalla struttura e non a pagamento. Psa se vi reputate un 4 stelle, bisogna rivedere il concetto di colazione, prodotti sotto marca è bassa qualità. Frutta non di stagione. Non ci siamo proprio.

The reason I say it is "unsafe" is because we were staying in one of the bungalows, and to get there was really "unsafe", since there is ZERO lighting, if we did not have our cell phone's light, we would have fallen a million time.. The steps are completely IN THE DARK..

The location of the property is absolutely stunning. The staff? Really don’t know what to say. For 10 days I have been waiting for them to fix the tv in the room. As of now it hasn’t happened. They told me they would switch it. We’ll it didn’t happen. Left several messages. The last one last night but they don’t have anyone on staff to send out and try to fix it because it’s late. Late? The hotel should have someone on staff a night also. This was my last stay. The last one of for stays in the past 4 years

방은 촌스러웠지만, 수영장이 시설이 마음에 들어 대만족! 바다 수영도 할 수 있고 수영장 풀은3개가 있습니다. 바다에서 할 수 있는 엑티비티도 신청해서 할 수 있어요. 짐도 이용했는데, 쓸만은 하다는 느낌이었어요. 그래도 수건이 비치가 잘 되어 있어 좋았네요. 그외에 서비스도 잘 갖춰져 있지만 딱히 고급스러운 느낌은 없어요. 명료한데 뭔가 친절하고 프렌들리한 느낌은 없달까요? 저흰 귀찮아서 하루는 디너를 여기서 했는데, 차타고 팔렘가서 먹을 껄 후회 했습니다. 조식은 공짜라면 먹지만 돈주고는 먹지 마세요. 38유로 주고 먹으면 눈물 쏟으실 듯. (둘이 먹으면 거의 1박 숙박 가격… 세상에) 체크 아웃 할 때 영수증 잘 확인 하세요. 저는 조식 포함이었는데, 조식 가격이 1박당 76.13유로 따로 청구 되어 있어서 물어보니 바로 전화해서 확인하고 새로 뽑아 줬지만, 빠르지 않은 일처리와 사과는 없었습니다. 근데 이게 불 친절하다는 느낌은 아니었어요. 저는 9월말 10초 성수기를 피해서 와서 가격도 저렴했고, 원하는 서비스와 설비가 다 갖춰져 있어서 완전 만족이었어요.

Luxurious gem in tranquility
Luxurious feel for a 4 star resort, with its diving school, hotel gift shop, pool bar and 3 swimming pools and ample deck chairs. Even day trips to Cefalù is organised for guests, a lovely gesture. Bathroom tiles need to be cleaned though housekeeping in other aspects is tops. In spite of the quiet area it's located, the hotel offers enough facilities and even night entertainment/performance for its guests when I was there.

Everything has to be update , no internet in the room , if you have to work forget about this hotel.bower shot down many times no air conditioning.

La Dolce Vita bien méritée
merveilleux séjour. Accueil chaleureux propreté exemplaire. Le buffet orienté vers les spécificités siciliennes offrait cependant des options internationales. Toujours le choix entre viande et poisson (frais). La mer était à 30° dès le matin. Nous y avons été heureux.

De medewerkers willen alles voor je doen, zeer vriendelijk. Behalve de receptioniste was niet aardig, onbeschoft gedrag. We moesten ivm wijzigjng mbt de vlucht (corona) een aantal uren langer verblijven. Kosten hiervoor 252 euro! Auto huren via het hotel is zeer duur, ook de luchthaventransfer. Kun je beter elders boeken.

Superfina poolområden och trädgård med fin utsikt. Poolhanddukar finns att låna vilket är bra. Konstig ”club” som hade tillgång till speciella områden på hotellen. Förstår inte riktigt hotellets målgrupp då de marknadsför sig som ett väldigt exklusivt party-hotell men majoriteten av gästerna är i åldern 50+. Rummens balkonger kan man lika gärna strunta i, pyttesmå och där ryms endast en stol så det blev inga härliga kvällar där ute. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Dålig service från hotellets personal, tex var det ingen som hälsade när man passerade receptionen och när vi satte oss på caféets uteservering var det ingen som uppmärksammade oss trots att flera servitörer rörde sig på uteserveringen- det slutade med att vi själv fick gå till baren för att beställa. Finns plats för förbättring av frukostbuffén, mycket känns ganska ofräscht och sista dagen sprang en kackerlacka över golvet. Hotellet ligger MYCKET avlägset och det finns i princip ingenting däromkring på gångavstånd förutom en restaurang som ligger tvärs över gatan, den var helt ok. Kan tipsa om en underbar vinprovning/food pairing vi hittade i närheten: Duca di salaparuta. Mycket prisvärt, vinet provades tillsammans med lokala delikatesser och kostade 13 euro per person. Jag kommer inte bo på hotell domina zagarella igen!

L'hôtel est très agréable en soit, avec une situation merveilleuse au dessus de la mer. Les équipements sont très bons. Par contre, le personnel est très peu aimable (mise à part la femme de chambre), le service au bar de la piscine laisse à désirer, personne ne vient vous voir il faut aller au bar et on a souvent l'impression de déranger.. Petit déjeuner très varié et de bonne qualité. La musique est trop forte et se chevauche dans les différents espaces. Le soir animation et musique trop forte si l'on souhaite du calme. EN gros cela fait un peu hôtel club,et surtout le personnel doit apprendre à être souriant, Dès que l'on sort de l'hôtel on retrouve la gentillesse et le sourire sicilien. Spécial dédicace à Porticello à 3mn en voiture, port de pêche très sympa

Commercial hotel with great views
Large, well run commercial hotel. Room colours are a bit primary, but everything worked perfectly and was cleaned to a high standard each day. Food and drink are expensive but to a good standard. We walked across the road to a cocktail bar/ restaurant most nights which was half the price of anything in the hotel. Gym well equipped and pools were clean and tidy. Bit soulless inside but the location and views were great. Local area is quite impoverished and dirty so most people probably stay in confines of hotel.

Struttura: complessivamente modesta Posizione: molto bella direttamente sul mare Cibo: il ristorante a là carte sempre chiuso il ristorante pizzeria discreto mentre la sala colazione è dozzinale e pacchiana un grande stanzone tipo mensa, nemmeno troppo pulito Camere: orribili. I villini sono dei container in cui manca lo spazio vitale e le camere che vendono come triple sono dei buchi con un letto matrimoniale è un divano letto chiuso in cui non ci si riesce a muovere. Very disappointed as advertisement / photos of the hotel were not a true reflection of what I purchased with Expedia. All the photos show images of the part of hotel called D Club which is time share facilities, I was humiliated when my family were ordered to move from an area by pool to a less inviting area this also happened at the restaurant we were not allowed to have our food by the pool and ordered to go to a restaurant indoors on 1st floor. Hotel was nice but made to feel lower class than other guests. Staff not helpful and not friendly

Amazing - and horrible
Staff couldnt care less about you or your well-being. You are to them a nuisance, not somebody they want to help feel appreciated. The D Club segregation policy means you will eat breakfast in a canteen-looking hall, be excluded from dining in the restaurant and eat lunch in a cafe where none of the staff has been seen smiling since the 1980s. However, the location by the cliffs are 10 out of 10 and the crystal blue water is like swimming in a paradisian ocean.

The Hotel is situated directly by the sea surrounded by well-kept beautiful gardens. With its three pools and great entertainment it is a super choice for the whole family. If you get the chance, go to the Sicilian night event, it is fantastic and the boat trips are highly recommended. The onsite restaurant/bars are unnecessary expensive and the D Club (upper class system) will put people off coming back.
