"Fantastic stay in a convenient location. Friendly staff, reception 24/7, spacious and clean room, comfy beds. Walking distance to Alto Palermo, lots of shops and restaurants/coffee shops and public transport. I would totally recommend and we will come back on ourcnext trip to gorgeous Buenos Aires."

"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"

"Pros: friendly staff, good location. Cons: the WiFi was not working at all for the entirety of my 3 day trip. I asked everyday and was told “we’ll reboot it” but it never worked. Not acceptable for a city hotel. The hotel had also run out of day passes for the local health club they partner with - again, not acceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as having gym access. If the WiFi had worked and the gym day passes were available, I would have rated the hotel 3 or 4 stars (taking into account the cost). "
