Villa Joel is a luxury property in Ibiza, a real family friendly house with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can host up to 12 people. The villa is located in one of most exclusive area of the island, with easy access to all services, and luxury location short distance to beaches and famous clubs such as Pacha. The villa offers its guests a perfect mix of relaxing while stay home and enjoy the amazing external equipped areas and with short drive or walk an easy access to all events and activities that the Island of Ibiza offers.
Villa Joel features a very large private outside area made of garden and paved terraces, the whole area covers over 1350 square meters full of vegetation with palms and pine trees. The patio located in front of the villa’s entrance feature a private swimming pool equipped with sunlounges and umbrellas for shade, on same level there are elegant garden furniture with sofas and tea table where to relax during the hod summed days, a second covered patio feature a large dining table with chars and gas BBQ where to organize al fresco meals, admiring stunning sunsets!
The lower side of the garden guest will enjoy the petanque court, and some gym equipment, there are other garden sofas and arm chairs as well where to relax. The whole property is fully fenced with an automatic gate and large parking space for up to four regular size cars.

The building is a traditional white stone house characteristic for this Island, it develops in different levels and covers over 450 square meters of luxury and elegance. The entrance leads to the large open space with living room equipped with sofas arm chairs and tea table, flat screen smart TV, large dining table, the living is just in front of the outside pool area; there is a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed. the main body of the villa has 5 luxury double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The sixth bedroom is located on the lower floor and has its own private bathroom as well.
The villa is fully air conditioned, there is free fast wifi & IPTV, gym equipment, large parking area, BBQ.

May & September = 5 nights
Rest of year = 3 nights
