The Villa is a beautiful old Spanish style property but is a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC! However it is very spacious and we had a lovely 4 days stay there. It's a bit off the beaten track, but if you have a car that's not a problem.

A Wonderful View

We were in Santa Eularia for a race and this house had everything: Close to the city: you could walk the Coastal Path to town; Quiet: at night all you hear are the waves; Next to 2 beaches and restaurants: both are within 10 minutes walk along the Coastal Path from the house; Big: plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, Old Charm: the villa is old, but a true Mediterranean experience. Pedro was great!

Lovely older style property, near to the beach which is a beautiful walk along the coast. 4 bedrooms but you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get downstairs. It didnt bother us. Great pool although we did get bitten as there are lots of trees surrounding the villa. Pack your mosquito spray! Would happily go back x

Absolutely gorgeous!

Words cannot describe how beautiful this property is! My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and boyfriend for several days. We loved everything about Catherine’s charming house right on the coast. It is even prettier than the photos. We were delighted with the close proximity to the water, especially enjoying the views from the second story deck off the master and the covered first floor patio was ideal for outdoor dining. The pool and tropical landscaping was idyllic. A hiking path right in front of the property winds along the coast, taking you to several beaches and a ferry launch for to several destinations including Formentera. The other direction takes you to the beautiful town of Sant Eularia, about a 45 min walk with its lovely promenade along the sea. Pedro was a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and he provided many great recommendations for restaurants, ferrying and shopping. He was delightful! This is a fabulous villa - you can’t get any closer to the sea. We would love to return. Muchas gracias for an amazing stay!!

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. Great Stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Caricole in early October. The house is located right on the coastal path in a really nice setting, surrounded by trees. It wasn't too-hot when we visited, but we can imagine that the tree shade would be really welcome in high summer. We really enjoyed sitting on the rocks by the sea in front of the property (great sunrises). It was a short drive to the nearest town and shops and well situated to access most of the island. The house is spacious and quite capable of hosting at least 6-8 people (there were only 4 of us). Pedro was extremely helpful (as was Catherine) and sorted out a minor issue we had very quickly. There are a few things that we feel are worth visitors being aware of. To get to the master bedroom upstairs involves walking through another double bedroom so if you want your privacy, this house sleeps 6. It is worth noting that this house is not super modern and so has a few "character" features (such as older plumbing) but generally manageable. There was no microwave oven which would have been handy. It has broadband but probably due to its location it is painfully slow (if that's important to you). There are alot of trees around the property so be prepared to use insect repellent if you want to sit outside. None of these would have put us off, but we would have prefered to know this in advance. Thanks for a great stay!

Maison avec beaucoup de charme et un emplacement exceptionnel. Même si le prix était attractif, certaines prestations pouvaient être revues avec par exemple plus de débit dans les douches / pas de fuite. De plus il y avait une chambre communicante.

Prachtige locatie

Prima huis, elke ochtend zwemmen in de zee, loopafstand via kust naar heerlijke restaurantjes. Op de eerste verdieping moet je door een slaapkamer naar een andere slaapkamer. Niet erg, wel fijn om te weten!

Fantastic

We absolutely loved this villa. Superb location walking distance to beaches, lovely restaurants and the hippy market. Really enjoyed the upstairs terrace and very close proximity to the sea. You can literally hear the ocean at night from your bed. Pedro was amazing and looked after us really well. We will be back !!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’emplacement de la maison qui est fabuleux. L’accueil de Pedro sur place était vraiment top, disponible, souriant, et de très bon conseils. Malgré que la maison soit un peu vieillissante notre séjour était top.

Le séjour était très bien, là maison correspondait à nos attentes.

Pedro, la personne qui nous a accueillies, est très gentil et très disponible. Il a été d’une grande aide et nous a conseillées de très bons restaurants et de belles plages.

Keurig maar onderhoud noodzakelijk

De locatie van de woning is super. Zo aan het strand en dicht bij alle voorzieningen. De woning zelf verdient het nodige onderhoud. Alles doet het min of meer. In de douches bijvoorbeeld zijn de ophangpunten voor de douche kop kapot. De bank op het terras is te laag voor de eettafel , de oven in de keuken functioneert matig, in het zwembad steken er stalen buisjes uit de wand, de led lampen buiten zijn veel te fel. De tegels op het terras zijn deels kapot /los. Er is een tweede koelkast omdat de ingebouwde koelkast behoorlijk verroest/versleten is. De bedden zijn prima en zo ook de airco. Hou er rekening mee dat de twee slaapkamers boven met elkaar verbonden zijn en dat je dus door de ene slaapkaper moet gaan om bij De andere slaapkamer en badkamer te komen. De schuifdeur naar het dakterras werkt zeer slecht en bij gebruik is direct het hele huis gealarmeerd door het kabaal. De loungeset is slechts voor 4 personen. Voor deze prijs mag je echt meer verwachten

Fantastische ligging

Achter de tuin ga je de trappen naar beneden en je zit aan of in zee. Fantastische ligging in rustige buurt. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en autotrips. Leuk zwembad voor tieners en volwassenen (niet voor kleinere kinderen want er is geen heel ondiep). Goede airco in 3 slaapkamers. Keukenuitrusting is iets minder : vaatwas en gasfornuis ok, maar microgolf ontbreekt.Meubilair kon iets comfortabeler/moderner, maar algemene indruk is zeker positief. En je stapt buiten en ziet de zee en bent aan zee.

Wonderful location and great little house by the ocean

We truly enjoyed our stay in this little charming Ibizan villa close by the ocean. The location is really wonderful – as the house sits directly on the top of a walking path , and only a few steps from the sea – The great opportunity to take a morning dip in the ocean without moving to far was wonderful – and we loved the fact that you could easily walk to several beaches in the area along the costal path, we found multiple of wonderful small little bays where it was possible to swim and enjoy the landscape without to many people around . The house itself have everything you need for a lovely holiday and the garden as well as the rooftop terrace is wonderful both in the morning and afternoon and evening. We would however recommend a rental car, as there is some distance to Mercadona and Eroski for food supplies, and the majority of the resutrants are in Harbour, which is about 45 minutes to walk. The city is beautiful and well worth a few visits. Nikki Beach club is also within easy walking distance for those that like some clubbing during the day  The Punta Arabi Hippie Market is also within 25 minutes’ walk from the house. Lorenzo who was our contact during the stay was amazing and so helpful and kind – we really appreciated his kind guidance and wonderful knowledge during our stay. We highly recommend this villa for others looking for a wonderful location close by the sea – we would happily return , and after 3 weeks of travel in Ibiza this was by far the best rental place we saw! Thank you for a wonderful time !

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved the property! From the gorgeous coastline views, the secluded front yard beach, and walking trail to other great spots, this place had it all. Great for a group or family. The property manager was there to greet us and helped with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

A gem of a view

This is a smart property in a fantastic location directly in front of the sea. There is a little jetty right outside and down some steps, and a beach and restaurants around 10 minutes walk along the coast. The pool is wonderful and was plenty big enough for our group of friends. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with ensuite shower, and there is a separate toilet to accommodate both bedrooms. Upstairs is a little more awkward unless you are with close family or friends. To get to the main bedroom, which has a spectacular terrace with magnificent views and ensuite bathroom and toilet, you need to walk through another bedroom. So whilst the house sleeps 8 comfortably, it is wise to know the layout in case it’s not for you. That said, we were a group of 8 friends and it didn’t spoil our experience. I would most definitely come back and stay here again, it was beautiful.

Met 5 vriendinnen hebben we genoten van een heerlijke, korte vakantie. Dank Lorenzo voor het welkom en de mooie tips! Gezellig in en rond het huis kunnen zitten, zonnen, zwemmen en eten met een prachtig uitzicht. Wij komen graag terug.

Superb property, stunning views, near beaches and santa eularia, Pedro is a great host

Pedro met us at the property to exchange keys, he was kind and personable, and the property was clean and beautifully presented. The property fronts onto the coastal path, is very quiet, there are steps down to a small jetty where it is beautiful to sit. At the back of the house is a private pool which is of a decent size. The property has a lot of characterful details and charm. Wow factor is the views from the upstairs bedroom terrace stretching back along the coast toward santa eularia and Ibiza town. We walked down to watch the sunrise a couple of times along the coastal path. Lovely beach bars and restaurants in both directions along coast. We particularly liked Soul Good and our two young kids were happy playing there while we sank cocktails. Taxis to/from villa were easily arranged. All in, great property and great holiday.. the pictures do not do it justice. Thanks very much Pedro!
