Room was lovely and had amazing views! We also had access to the infinity pool area which was lovely. Bar drinks were also really nice. Only faults were that the aircon in the reception area was poor and it was super difficult to get taxis from the hotel - we were sometimes waiting up to an hour in the blazing hot sun as you have to walk to the roadside rather than being able to wait in reception. Spa area and showers were poor.

Room was very clean. Staff were generally helpful. Lack of air con in communal areas was a big issue - restaurant and lounge areas were scorching hot making it impossible to linger over a meal or watch the entertainment.

Great hotel we had a suite which was massive and perfect Very clean and lovely friendly helpful staff The hot food was average on an all inclusive but we found something every day to eat on the buffet. Pedestrianised boulevard in front on the beach and sea with excellent bars restaurants and cafes Very chilled hotel nice pool areas and plenty of sun beds Valentina the entertainment team was great fun We had a lovely few days at the hotel blue skies and warm sun with all the fun or chill of Ibiza

The room was beautiful! However, when checking in my agent did not tell me the difference it would be if I charged my card EURO or USD, which was strange because I came with a group and the other agents explained that to them. So I basically paid more for mine. Antonio at the bar was lovely, loved his service. The food was a 3/10 I didn’t enjoy it at all however, Mexican night was really good.

Lovley stay

We stayed here for the Ibiza marathon. We were really happy with the location and felt it was a great value for money hotel. Really lovely and friendly staff. Felt very clean. We liked how the key to the rooms were on your wrist band. We will definitely come again! Thank you for a great stay.

Alua soul in es cana ibiza is a truly lovely hotel, good modern facilities, infinity pool ect but it also backs it up with a good selection of tasty fresh cooked food and friendly welcoming staff, we were there in april so not all the facilities were up and running but there was still more rhan enough to keep us occupied plus i had one of the best back massages ive ever had she got every knot out of my back and neck! Will definitely be back x

It’s beautiful to the eye and very relaxing. The pool areas are lovely but the staff on reception need to be a bit more pleasant and the food is poor for a 4 star. If they got the food and running of the restaurant sorted it would be amazing.

A great northern Ibizan base.

Great Ibizan base. A well appointed hotel in the bay of Es Canar. Three pools, a spa and fitness centre. A pleasant dining area with views of the bay and a nice patio area. Food choices are good as is the quality. Hotel staff are excellent. Super friendly and helpful. A hotel I’d be happy to return to.

The hotel is very modern. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Food was nice, something for everyone. The only comment is the pool closes at 6 which seemed a bit early when the sun was still very high and hot. 7pm would probably be better. The room with a view of the sea was lovely.

We came on a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and room service was great; sea view balcony views were exceptional. Pool was perfect, drinks were always available. Walking to multiple dining options, taxis, shops, and the beach. Resort food was decent, we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Our only wish was that there was late night dining available during late night hours. However everything else was perfect and we will be back!

Property was beautiful and the most of the staff were very welcoming and were truly helpful in making our trip an amazing adventure. Particularly Tomasz and Jazmin were extremely helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Could not have asked for a better place to lay my head down in Ibiza. Only thing that I found odd is that the All-inclusive that you pay for is only offered certain hours of the day which threw me off because everywhere in Central America and the Caribbean All-Inclusive is from the moment you check in until you check-out. But other than that food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, and the views were picture perfect.

Great location. Amazing staff

Friendly, attentive and hard working staff. Modern, simple decor. Lovely pool atmosphere with some evening entertainment. Large variety of food (you just need to choose different options) pizza, spaghetti, fish, vegetarian, salads etc. Great location, but some early hour noise from party goers if you have a sea view room. However sea view is amazing.

Initially the staff tried to pull a fast one by putting us in a different room smaller than the one we had booked saying because we booked via Expedia it’s the room we booked. But after a bit of back and forth we were given the right room and everything went smoothly. The pool view is a lot nicer and quieter than the sea view although the sea view is prettier in the morning. We chose the all-inclusive option and it was the best option
