  • This peaceful, cozy, fully furnished and equipped beachfront home is situated in a secure, gated community. It's ready for you and your family to enjoy. 2 bed & 2 bath this is a spacious home to lounge, cook, toast, relax and reboot in. It is bliss.
    Located midway between Santa Cruz and Monterey, it's an easy drive from most San Francisco Bay area locations. Get away from it all for a weekend or week-long vacation. With a variety of activities: beach walks, hikes in the protected dunes above the beach with amazing views, pickle ball and tennis courts, swimming and surfing in the ocean -- or the choice to do nothing at all! And it's right on the beach!

    This is a blissed out space, ready for full relax, recharge, a little celebration, perfect sunset happy hours and bonfire nights. It really is magical.
    The unit has just been extensively remodeled with new bathrooms & kitchen & fresh paint. New living room & flooring.
