Access to all areas of the home except the third-level deck which is locked an inaccessible as it is not equipped with appropriate safety barriers.

Two closets (in hall and stairs) are locked with items for housekeeping staff.

We are available as needed but also give you the space to enjoy the home as your own during your stay.

For party-prevention purposes, the home is outfitted with Minut sensors that read decibel levels but do not record any audio.

Accommodation fees are occupancy-based and the amount listed at booking will be accurate for the number of guests on the reservation. Addition of guests after booking will also adjust accommodations fees.
