「The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. 「I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff was very helpful. There was no room service which is needed when you just don’t want to leave your room and the lack of traditional Jamaican dishes for breakfast was my only 2 issues but overall the food that I had was very well prepared. O」
