"Awesome views, cozy rooms, good food, and the staff is extremely friendly, Maria Reyes was excellent! Make sure to pack some cold weather clothing, it gets fairly cold at night."

"This place and staff was amazing. The latest check in is 8:00 pm. We were running late from EL Tunco and showed up at 7:45. I swear it felt like they were waiting for us. We got checked in and went to the restaurant. The staff was attentive and the food was amazing. The next morning we booked our tour to the volcano which you start, your hike right from the lobby lol. That was pretty cool. No need to get in any vehicle. So I’m in ok shape with bad knees and made it all the way up. It was a bit challenging for me but not to bad. Once we arrived at the top, which took like 2hrs the view was amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this place."

"Hotel Remfort Antigua was a very new, clean hotel with a great location and helpful staff. We were able to walk easily to the city center. Security is 24/7 although we never felt it was necessarily needed. There was a great view from atop the hotel and a nice wine room. Our breakfast every morning was top notch as well. Highly recommend!"

"The room we had was the Napoli room. It was a very much dated room. And it's possible that it is because it is a bigger family room and maybe not many guests book the room. Clean but no ammenities except, towels, basic shampoo and soap. Not a single hook anywhere in the room or bathroom. No hangers. It was an interesting experience. Staff were good especially the breakfast staff. It was a stopover trip so it was ok. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked. Most of the rooms face the pool so music from the pool was loud."
