"Called a hostel but felt much more like a hotel with an interesting (small) museum as well. We loved their care for the environment, with locally sourced foods and toiletries. Lots of choice for breakfast, Lovely coffee. The staff were wonderful. Walking distance to town centre. Close to archaeological museum. "

"Great hotel, peaceful location, lovely pool and really friendly staff! Good proximity to beaches and restaurants (with a car). Rooms very spacious but the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising. Check out too early (although seems to be a trend in Italy) but doesn’t allow for a leisurely breakfast and check-out. The hotel was however a accommodating and granted us a bit longer! Would stay again. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Portovesme. Extremely friendly and efficient check in. Breakfast lovely and coffee great. Our bikes were stored safely in the garage with no fuss. Portovesme was a surprisingly lovely little town and we will definitely be back."

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "
