"Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia. "Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit schönem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts, alle Zimmer klimatisiert, wunderschöne Veranda. Abseits der Massentouristen und in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir über eine Woche kein warmes Wasser - die Vermieterin war jedoch steht’s bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Störend waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, welche bis tief in die Nacht gebellt und gejault haben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. "

"Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here."
