Great location. Room was comfortable and clean. It is farther from things but they do offer a shuttle in the evenings that goes into Sorrento. I wish the shuttle ran during the day as well as that would have made things much more convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. For a family of 3 it was comfortable albeit a little cramped. Breakfast was decent, Would stay here again.

Staff members were really nice and helpful, rooms are very clean, nice and quiet, love the shuttle to the center and breakfast was excellent.

We had the most amazing stay at La Pergola! The staff were so sweet and helpful, the room was clean with everything we needed, and the pool was a bonus in the summer heat! Would recommend, and would definitely stay here if we get so lucky to return to Sorrento :)

Very good and Antonio was very humble and nice in explaining all . Wish they had shuttle service in the morning hours at least 1-2 shuttles , currently only after 6.30 pm - 11 pm .

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel in August 2026. Facilities were great, room was comfortable and staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool area was also good and the hotel is only a 20min walk into the main town with the most beautiful coastal view along the way. Would highly recommend 5*

Great hotel, staff were all so helpful and lovely. The facilities and rooms were nice. Sorrento town was an easy 20 minute walk from the hotel but all fairly flat which was good. Some.lovely bars and restaurants in the area too if you don't fancy the walk into Sorrento

Extremely friendly staff. We asked for a room change, and the staff made it happen the next day. Buffet breakfast selection was good. The pool was a nice touch for a quick late afternoon dip on the hot summer days. The walk into Sorrento is about 20 mins, but if you don't want to walk, the hotel shuttle in the evenings/nights is a huge bonus, running every 30 mins, it saves a ton of money on cabs. Would stay again!

Hotel was nice. There appeared to be a problem with ants. We had ants in our room multiple times and we also observed a large group of them at breakfast one morning. Majority of the staff were very friendly and the pool area was nice. For the money we paid I’d say it wasn’t great but big problem for us was the ants and poor breakfast. If this was fixed it would be great.

Ants were in our room. Not sure what they can do about it due to the hot climate and being in first floor. Room was so small, could barely get in shower. Most of staff were friendly, especially the night front desk who also did the breakfast. Shuttle to city centre only started from 6 pm. The driver was very nice too. Would not recommend, too far from city with limited shuttle access.

Really friendly and helpful staff that made the experience 10 times better! The hotel room was lovely too and pool area very nice. Good selection at breakfast and tasty. Shuttle service was a bonus on an evening but the walk into town was only 10-15 mins anyway. My partner had an allergic reaction to nuts whilst there and the staff dealt with the situation so well and helped us communicate to call an ambulance. A massive thank you to them for being so reassuring and helpful in a bad situation!

Very well-maintained property. We stayed in the room right next to the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view. Very helpful staff. They go out of their way to make their guests happy and comfortable. I wish they were closer to the Sorrento city center and the port, because public transportation is sparse. That leaves walking (1.2 miles) or taxis ($20 minimum) before 6 pm. After 6 pm, and until 11 pm, the hotel has a dependable shuttle that picks up and drops off about 5 minutes from the city center. Wonderful Italian restaurant down the street from the hotel (Il Ruttino). EXCELLENT food, very friendly staff, fairly priced.
