About a 25 minute walk from the main shopping and restaurants and a 30 minute walk to the port and beaches. We ended up taking a taxi most of the time which was a bit expensive and inconvenient. This hotel was very nice though. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We’d stay again.

This hotel was perfect! Walkable to everything, 20 minutes from the Port. The pool was so nice to have after a long, hot day of touring the area. The breakfast was delicious and staff was so friendly!

The hotel is in a great location. If you are looking for a More peaceful & less crowded place this is the neighborhood to stay in! Our stay was made even more wonderful by the helpful staff @ the front desk plus the bar and kitchen staff (specifically Marika, Martina, & the lovely vivacious Tania) - I highly recommend this place and save yourself the hassle and just book their transportation service from the train station or airport. Can’t wait to visit them soon!

This hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the city center. The walk to the city center is not bad but there are several sections near the hotel with no sidewalks. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff were very nice and helpful - especially Martina who was super nice and accomodating. The rooms were great for the price compared to other options in the area. If you will have a car, there is no onsite parking but the hotel offers offsite parking for a fee. They ask for an hour notice to get you the car, but sometimes times is was much less than that depedning on the time of day.

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel a little outside of Sorrento. 7 min walk to a beach club and 20 min walk into Sorrento. Everyone who works there is so helpful and kind. Pool was sooo nice in the heat too!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and breakfast each morning was best we had in Italy. Good location away from busy Sorrento, it’s 10-15 min walk to city center. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean, good A/C and staff are kind and helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and activities.

This is n an excellent hotel! The room was amazing and the staff was even better. Could not say more about the staff, super friendly, accommodating and helped in every way. Everyone at the front desk made our stay better. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was truly a joy. The folks that came to clean the rooms as well, super job and always respectful of your things and made our stay even better. If I ever come back to Italy, I will be coming back to hotel Isabella.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful! Hotel is very clean and great lobby with lots of seating and lobby bar! Breakfast was included and tons of hot and cold options. No parking on site but there is valet for $30/day where they park your car for you and bring back with a 1 hour notice. Parkade also close by for $2.00/hour. Would stay here again!

Hidden Gem

We really enjoyed this place. It is spotlessly clean and modern. The staff were really nice people, very helpful, just a pleasure to deal with. Comfortable modern rooms, very well designed to make a small space very useable. Wonderful shower! It’s a little far from the downtown area, about a 20 minute walk, but there is a bus and cabs. We would stay here again anytime.

This adorable little boutique hotel is a charm to stay at. Our room was comfortable. The staff are very attentive and helpful when things arise. Breakfast was fabulous. It may have been great to see a bit of a change in the warm items, staying for a longer time might make it a little tiring having the same warm foods. For anyone who loves pastries and desserts, there’s LOTS! The grounds are clean, and pool area - not bad. It’s nice to have somewhere to unwind within the hotel grounds.

The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and the main part of town. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The one inconvenience we experienced was parking. There is no parking in the area but they offer an offsite valet service with an external vendor for 30 euros a day. So we had to notify them an hour before we needed the car. Breakfast buffet was delightful. They had gluten free options which allowed me to partake in bread and coffee cakes. The hostess was so friendly with a smile on her every morning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying here.

We had a great stay at this hotel, Sorrento is brilliant and the hotel is good quality at a reasonable price. We really liked the pool, it was a great temperature in the heat and never too busy to get a sunbed. I read some people moaning that next doors pool was better; next door is also a lot more expensive! Staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Do be aware that the hotel is 20 minutes walk from the town centre, which feels a long way in the heat, there’s also not much in the local area. We also had an issue where the hotel tried to charge us €30 to throw away a damaged suitcase which seemed a bit over the top. But all in all we liked the hotel.

It was okay….

We turned up to the hotel in the evening and was met by the friendly receptionist who checked us in. When we got to the room we had no running water - which wasn’t ideal. I went to reception, where I was given little support and was told it’s perhaps just maintenance. Thankfully we woke up to water again. The hotel was around a 20 minute walk from the centre and the bus/ train station which felt much longer in the heat. The outside of the hotel and pool felt modern and well looked after. The room was very basic and didn’t feel as nice. There was no complimentary water etc - which was frustrating with how far the nearest shops were.
