Close to the beautiful Punta Prima Beach, just 300 metres away, we find these 3 charming two-bedroom apartments in classic Mediterranean style with a living-dining room that can accommodate up to 4 people. 3 terraced properties that share a swimming pool and beautifully maintained garden.

Access to the interior of the property is from a terrace, with table and chair furniture and a built-in BBQ with views of the pool and garden where you can prepare delicious barbecues and enjoy long summer days with family.

Each apartment has a living-dining room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a TV and free WiFi for guests. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for a few days away from home: ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor next to the kitchen there is a small toilet, outside it a small private terrace with outdoor shower and laundry area.

We access the upper floor by a staircase that leads to a double bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom with shower (hairdryer) and access to a private terrace with wonderful sea views.

The apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
