「Villa was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. Our host, Alexandra, was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations. Street parking was easy. Walking distance to supermarket and family friendly restaurants. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The water dispenser was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that no bath amenities were provided other than toilet paper, but that was not a deal breaker…just something to know in advance so that you bring...

「Pros: Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen,dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand und findet Restaurants.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht.Der Hausbesitzer ist nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Cons: Kein deutsche TV.Eine Spülmaschine und Markise oder Sonnenschirm über dem Tisch draußen, wäre bei der Sonne angebracht.」

「Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen – vor allem die Gartenanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool liegt traumhaft eingebettet in das Grün, und man merkt sofort, dass hier täglich gearbeitet wird. Ein großes Lob an den Gärtner, dessen Einsatz wirklich sichtbar ist!Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und funktional. Ein paar Ameisen hatten wir in der Wohnung, was im Süden allerdings keine Seltenheit ist und uns nicht...

「Positiv war insbesondere der Check-in der bereits vorab online durchgeführt wurde und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings an zwei Tagen Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück im Gange, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Man wundert sich schon wenn plötzlich ein fremder auf dem Hof steht und „Krach“ macht. 」

「Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "ビュッフェがとにかく種類が豊富でどれも美味しい。ヨーグルトだけでも何種類もありデザートのケーキも沢山あり大満足でした。 プールもビーチも満足です。ビーチタオルは何回でも取り替えられるが15ユーロかかるのが円安にはつらい、リゾートならそれも普通付属なのでは？と思ってしまう。 ただ、朝のビュッフェにはドリンクがついているのに夜のビュッフェは水さえも注文式なのが受け入れ難い文化でした。"
