the staff is very friendly and helpful. the location is great. Shame there was no space for non smoking people, to get to the Bech /pool, have you go via smokers which is disgusting. there was a balcony but overlooking rubbish bins which were collected at 4 am.

Lovely stay, would go back

It was a lovely experience, we got an upgrade so our room was front sea. The context is perfect for relaxing, you have a beautiful beach at a few steps, a clean pool, rich breakfast and a few restaurants at walking distance. The staff is very nice too.

Not the cleanest place. Old. Dusty. Very run down. Cracked and frayed furniture upholstery. Not a single bottle of hand sanitizer in the dining hall. But excellent location, gorgeous sea views.

The property is a little dated, but is very reasonable for the price we paid. Breakfast staff worked very hard and were very efficient. Front Desk staff were polite and helpful, especially Waleed, who speaks perfect English. The staff at the Bar was also very efficient despite working on his own whilst we were there. Our only dissatisfaction is with the cleaning staff. Rooms are not well cleaned. Sand on the balcony from our first day was not even swept throughout our 5-night stay there. Linen was also not changed during this entire 5 nights. We would have expected linen to be changed after every 2 or 3 nights. Location is a bit far off from everything, so you will really need your own transport in order to stay here.

We have searched the place in Ibiza to take a chill, enjoy the sun and beach, but there is impossible. In the morning 8:00 am. the cleaning staff has knocked (while we sleep) and about 2 seconds she opened our door and came in. In the information was not written NEED TO PAY 1,50€ / day to use the SAFE in the room … (btw the safr was very old, key needed and not code, so you need to keep safe the key too) The room needs to renovate: random hole in the wall near the balcone door, long rift in the wall near the bad, the bathroom door wood material was broken. You may not have to change the pool towel every day, just 3 days in one week (every 2 day). Only the pool bads was free (not enough for every member), at the beach you have to pay 21€/day to use them. I think this should be a 3* instead of 4. The best thing was the view of the room at the whole stay.

The Grupotel hotel is located north of Ibiza it's about 50 minutes away from the airport. To get around you really need a car or taking a taxi. If you are looking to party this is not the area..it is mostly for someone who wants to relax, have peace and tranquility. The hotel is very close to the beach five steps away beautiful clear crystal water. The hotel offers umbrella if needed, there are small stores close by and a restaurant. The breakfast is very delicious in the hotel and the staff is tremendously friendly and approachable. The airline lost my luggage and the staff was very very kind to assist me in getting what I needed. I would like to thank the front staff and the housekeeping staff ( Soraya, Judith, Diago, Lorenzo, Suzanne) for their kindness.

Outstanding location with beautiful beach and promenade. Clean and quiet with a handful of beachfront restaurants, food shops and boutiques. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Perfect peaceful week away doing nothing.

Good hotel, in a lovely location

A lovely hotel right beside Cala san Vincente. We came here for a rest after a few days in Playa den Bossa. It’s old fashioned in its decor, but clean and it ticks the box for a few days. The breakfast has a good selection. The pool is good with lots of beds but there are also sunbeds available to rent just in front on the beach. There’s one or two lively restaurants to eat at nearby.

It was a nice facility. I believe they need to update some things. The AC didn’t push out a lot of air. It took hours to cool the room down to be comfortable. The staff was friendly, but there is no private parking. You have to find parking or park in a public parking lot. Not close too much but the beach.

Great place to unwind and enjoy beach!

Staff was friendly, hotel location and beach was fantastic for what we were looking for which was to relax and be away from hustle and bustle. The beach and cove its located in is absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself was ok, clean and comfortable overall. Our sofa was ripped, and would have like AC to work a little better, but other than that it was good. The only trade off to beauty of location is the distance to Ibiza Town and tours. Other than that, great place to relax by beach.

Ibiza Cala San Vincente - Imperio

This was my second stay at this hotel - I really like it and plan to go back again next year. The quiet location is fabulous - right on the beach. The hotel is a bit dated in decor and basic in terms of amenities but delivers great value especially as a half board option. The food isn't super fancy but the buffet provided lots if options and is continually refreshed during the course of service. The staff are friendly and work hard to make sure guests are happy. The main gripe is sunbeds - the hotel doesn't allow guests to save beds with towels but guests do it any way. Last year people abided by that rule and this year they did not. The hotel can't win in this situation as people get upset either way, however the gorgeous beach provides an alternative for 7euros per bed per day which we enjoyed more than being by the pool. Internet worked fine and even reached our beds in the beach. Parking in the area can be busy but we always found a space. This more of a family feel hotel and a long drive from clubs - suits people who want to relax.

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights. Absolutely stunning location, cant beat it if you dont mind getting a taxi or bus to the other areas on the island. Bus and taxi is about a 20 minute ride to the old town, have to catch a second bus from eulalia but the journey and scenery is beautiful. Breakfast included which is a fairly decent variety every morning. The staff are excepttionally friendly and helpful. Coctails arnt the best att he bar but you can pop over to any one of the amazing resteraunts on the beach walk or even next door to the dream hotel bar. Toom and Hotel itself is a little bit outdated but very very clean every day, for what you are paying for its not bad to be honest .. we didnt spend any time in the hotel room tbh we booked a sea front view which was absolutely breathtaking views, this location is like being transported into a postcard, best holiday we have both been on ever. Loved it, didnt want to leave !!!.. ps. Dont pay for a sun lounger and shade on the beach, use the hotel loungers or buy an umbrella from the local shop and dave money. The local supermarket also sell everything you will need. Ibiza in general in the old town can be quite expensive so just be careful with your budget and you will have an amazing time !!!!

The location is very good if you want to spend your day at the beach. The food of the hotel is also good and has variety and the restaurant's staff is great. The facilities are poor and old for a hotel that has 4 stars. My room was connected with the next one via a door. There was zero soundproofing. It was like sharing the room with the neighbours. The staff in general is friendly (with one exception). However, the room was not ready at check in time and when I asked whether I could pick up my last day very basic breakfast due to very early check out, the morning shift staff said yes and kept a note. To my surprise though, at checking out the person of the night shift rudly indicated that this is not the hotel's policy and that there was no note for him to give me anything. He was not even listening just talking about his own version of facts that I understood wrongly and no arrangement has been made. Sorry but for the price we pay for sure we deserve more politeness and better facilities. It's the first time I have such an average and below expectations experience wih Grupotel. I hope they will improve.
