The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great.

Das Buffet vor Ort war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft und es gab immer genug davon mit sehr effizientem Personal. Wir haben für all inclusive bezahlt, aber im Barbereich war nur eine Auswahl an Getränken im Paket enthalten, für alles andere musste man zahlen.... Die Zimmerreinigung sollte besser koordiniert werden, an einem Tag war es fast 18 Uhr und noch immer war kein Zimmer auf unserer Etage gereinigt worden und es lag überall Sand. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt, in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen Bars und Apotheken, Supermärkten usw. (obwohl man vom Flughafen aus 1 Stunde braucht, um dorthin zu gelangen).

Faite très attention on avait réservé une chambre avec balcon resultat, un mini balcon avec meme pas la place pour deux chaises et surtout une magnifique vue digne des plus belles prison, sur une cour interieur de maximum 3 métres sur 3 mètres...horrible alors que les photos montraient trés bien un balcon avec vue degagé...honteux et pour le buffet vraiment a peine mangeable! Heureusement le personnels étaient agréable!

Es ist schlimm, dass man für WiFi bezahlen muss. Es ist sehr schön, dass für 4€ kann man einen Sonnenschirm ausleihen. Frühstück sind immer gleich jeden Tag. Gekochtes Eier sind nicht echt Eier. Der Strand nebenan ist ok, aber nicht sauber genug nach Mallorca Standard.

God mad og beliggenhed. Vi startede med at få et et meget skræmmende værelse men med lidt mer betaling lykkedes det at få et værelse som lignede det der verden på deres hjemmeside. Mix Columbo

Me sorprendió poder comer aunque fuese limitado a la hora de llegada que fue a las dos de la madrugada , eso no lo había visto nunca en un hotel o apartamento, la limpieza ... pues la habitación excepto el suelo que tenía arena de playa por todos lados era decente

nice not big hotel with normal facilities, limited but well cooked food and pleasant mid-size rooms. poor tv programs choice (no sport at all), tv signal was bad. no free wifi even at reception (regards from 21st century), no respect to the "don`t disturb" sign: maids ignored it and came inside as if to make up the room (floor wasn`t cleaned, balcony door was kept open, belongings were replaced) - so it looked like too much of strange curiosity, just don`t know whose: personally of the maids or by manager's order

Das Hotel ist in keinem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer wurde im Anbau gegeben, zu dem man mit dem Aufzug in die 3. Etage fahren musste, um dann wieder 2 Etagen Treppen runter zu gehen. Der Raum war über einem Heiz/Kühlraum, jedenfalls ein Raum, in dem eine Maschine so laut brummte, dass ein Schlaf oder längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer mit Unterhaltung NICHT möglich war. Bei der Bitte das Zimmer zu wechseln wegen des unerträglichen Lärms wurde gesagt, dass das nur am nächsten Tag möglich wäre und dann wurde dies verneint. Do not Disturb Schilder werden einfach nicht beachtet und die Zimmer betreten. Das Frühstück und alle sonstigen Mahlzeiten sind nicht genießbar, selbst die Getränke außer Wasser sind nicht genießbar.

Worthy service with some mistakes

Very kind and helpful staff. But we had smelly room, although it was clean. Food was average . "All inclusive" service was slightly crazy, because they have only local unknown whisky, rum which tasted weirdly. They serve drinks like vine and beer exclusively in the small 2dc plastics cup - which is not my style of tasting beer. Therefore I radher not go back again.

Bra hotell, ligger helt ved stranda. fikk med balkong og det var gode senger. rent og nye håndklær hver dag. vi hadde halvpensjon. god og variert mat. Hotellet egner seg veldig bra til badeferie. sentralt mye restauranter og barer i nærheten, mange med levende musikk. Anbefales.

Der Empfang ___________ War OK, aber definitiv nicht gut. Man bekam die meisten Infos, die man für den Aufenthalt benötigte, jedoch wurde man erstmals ignoriert, dann nicht sonderlich freundlich begrüßt und nur auf Nachfrage wurden einem tatsächlich die Infos zum Hotel gegeben. Das Zimmer ____________ Türe auf und Schimmel in den Lungen. Das Zimmer hatte beim Öffnen bereits einen starken Schimmelgeruch, welcher sich trotz allen Anstrenungen (Durchlüften, nicht zu heiß duschen, putzen etc.) die Woche über extrem intensiverte. Ansonsten ok, nicht gut. Amaturen verrostet, Möbel aufgequollen. Der Pool ________________ War viel kleiner als gedacht. Aber wer braucht schon einen Pool, wenn er das Meer direkt daneben hat. Das Personal ____________ Nicht sonderlich freundlich, ausser man spricht fließend Spanisch. Wir haben es auf deutsch und englisch versucht, jedes Mal wurden wir von oben herab behandelt und bekamen nur angenervt kurze Antworten. Aber es ging nicht nur uns so, dieses Verhalten konnte man bei fast jedem anderen Urlauber sehen, der nicht fließend Spanisch sprach. Das Essen _______________ Das meiste Essen triefte von Fett. Es gab abwechslungsreiches Essen und immer Gemüse, Salate und Obst, sowie Nachtisch, aber die Hauptspeisen und Beilagen waren sehr fetthaltig. 2-Klassengesellschaft: Halbpension-Gäste müssen für ihr Getränk am Abend zahlen (ok) jedoch muss man dafür kämpfen, dass man es überhaupt bekommt. (Spanisch sprechende) All-inclusive-Gäste werden umsorgt.

Mooie ligging van het hotel

Eten en drinken was okay, genoeg keuze voor menig dieet. Wij, niet-rokers, vonden het wel vervelend dat bij het zwembad/terras geen rookvrije zone was. Er wordt erg veel gerookt door het publiek van Mix Colombo, dus je zit buiten continu in de rook.

Nettes Hotel mit super toller Lage!!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort!!! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Die Lage von diesem Hotel ist einfach ein wahnsin für Leute die nicht so den Rummel wollen!!! Wir kommen auf jedenfalls wieder!! Das einzige was man verbessern kann ist das Essen!!! Aber ansonsten war es ein super toller Urlaub!!!!

Geschenkt ist noch zu teuer !!!

Dieses Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Das Badfenster hatte keinen Griff. Der Balkon zeigte auf eine siffige Hauswand. Es gab zum Teil kein Wasser und ein Anruf an die Rezeption War nicht möglich da das Telefon mit losem Kabel im Zimmer stand. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung, unhygienisch und wirklich auch bei 3 Sternen Landeskategorie darf es ein wenig qualitativer sein. Zum Abendessen sind wir gar nicht erst uns Hotel gegangen. Sorry für diese ehrliche Bewertung....

The hotel staff was ok. But the room was not ok at all. The smell of linen was bad. That's why when we were coming back in the evening at the room, the smell in the room was awfull! - The quality of breakfast and dinner was not nice at all. The juise was with chimic taste. We drunk just water. + The fruits was nice. There are apples, oranges, melons, watermelons, pears. And of course the cheese was tasty. Main deashes at dinner was tasty but other meals was not well and low quality. - Wifi was not free and expensive even in lobby was also with money. - Safe with money. - Hairdresser absent in the room. - Dust under bed at arrival! - minibar absent. - Power socket only one in the room and one at bathroom. - very dark in the room. Both curtains doen't miss the light inside. + cleaning was made every day, but towels was not changes for 4 days and shampoo wasn't replanished. I think for 80 euro per day that we paid quality of this services are not justified!
