Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. 「This apartment is small but the way the host has arranged it makes everything very convenient. It’s in a great location! Really loved it-especially for the price! Only issue I had was carrying my suitcase up the stairs but that was just a slight inconvenience. 」

「Apartment is very tired and could do with updating. One plug socket is coming away from the wall. Bathroom is very old with cracked tiles and stains. 2 of the 4 pillows were completely stained and unusable. There aren't enough plug sockets. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and could be amazing with some updating. Other than the pillows it was clean. Good busy location」

「I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.」

「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」
