Brand new & completely remodeled since Ian. Breakers West A2 is a beautifully appointed ground level island rental in the small 18 unit Gulf-side community of Breakers West. You'll find your personal oasis in this condo that offers soft hues of blues and greys along with coastal inspired decor.

Enjoy warm Gulf breezes with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the private screened lanai with views of the tropical landscape & heated pool. Only a short 2 minute stroll will take you right to the Gulf, where you will be awed by the world-famous west end sunsets!!

Enjoy all the amenities this unit has to offer such as secure high-speed internet, a smart TV in living room and a well-appointed kitchen with brand new appliances. The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed and en-suite bathroom with a brand new smart TV including a Roku stick. The guest room offers 2 twins with an en-suite bathroom. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. For an added bonus, Breakers West has an amazing rooftop sundeck with loungers.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Slice of Heaven on the Beach

We can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the charm and tranquility of the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and has easy beach access that made every morning feel like a dream.Our condo was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to the pool and beach — it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved having coffee on the balcony each morning, watching the palm trees sway and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal: close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.The beach was just a short walk away, and we spent countless hours shelling, swimming, and simply relaxing by the water. Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided made it easy for us to plan our beach days. Evenings were spent enjoying spectacular sunsets and quiet strolls along the shore — absolute perfection.The Breakers West offers a wonderful balance of relaxation and convenience, and we are so grateful for the memories we made here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway on Sanibel Island!

Perfect Sanibel stay!

We spent a week in this lovely condo. The pool is steps away out the screened-in porch; the beach is out across the dunes, nothing between us and the beautiful shore. The condo is newly-furnished, and just as listed. We enjoyed several local restaurants but also cooked some evening meals in the well-furnished kitchen. We hope to return!

Magical Merriment

Our family stayed at the condo Christmas week. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The property managers sent us updates prior to our arrival and check-in and check-out were seamless. We loved the private beach access from the condo and used the complex pool daily. There is also a deck on the top where we enjoyed star gazing at night. The condo was peaceful and quiet and conveniently located to a variety of excursions on Sanibel and Captiva, as well as groceries and great restaurants. A wonderful place to stay while enjoying the magic and nature of Sanibel!

Beautiful condo and area!

We loved the area! Super short walk to the beach which made it great with kids! Pool is right out the back screened in porch door which again made it super convenient with kids. We traveled with my 1.5 year old daughter. They did not have a pack and play but easily rented one From island rental which was delivered. We rented bikes with a kids trailer for the stay and was easy to get to grocery store and many restaurants. The beach equipment that was provided with the rental was great- chairs, umbrellas, sand toys we used it all a ton. November was a great time- very quiet. Beaches were very quiet and the area was just not overly busy anywhere. The place is kept very clean and in great condition! Super quiet! The only negative was our allergies went crazy every time we turned the air on. Not sure if it was just us or it just needs to be cleaned out. Wasn’t a big deal and would definitely stay again! We love you sanibel!

Lovely location and very clean but…

This condo is in a great location and looks exactly as advertised. It’s a short walk to the beach and the beach is not crowded!! There are plenty of towels, kitchen equipment etc. The pillows are a little flat, so if you can, bring your own. At the time of our stay there were four beach chairs, two umbrellas, four beach towels, pool noodles, a shelling scoop and a few sand toys. I’m not sure if the owner supplied these or other guests left them after their stays. Regardless, they were much appreciated!! Our only issue occurred when we arrived. This condo is advertised as one that sleeps six. We needed to use the pullout couch because we had five in our party. We arrived late on our arrival date only to find there were no sheets or blankets for the couch. Unfortunately, the management company didn’t answer the emergency line and I had to make a trip to Walmart for bedding at 1030pm with four children in tow. I understand accidents happen and the rental company reimbursed me for the bedding purchased and gave us a gift card. Just passing this on to future guests that might arrive late and need assistance at a late hour. My advice is the leave a message on the emergency line. Hopefully, they call you back. The rental company is more responsive during regular business hours. Overall- great stay and would stay again in the future.

Relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday weekend! The condo was just as pictured - clean, spacious, and cutely decorated. The location and very close proximity to the beach was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the area! The pool was awesome and never busy - we often had it to ourselves. We appreciated the pool floaties, umbrella, sand toys and beach chairs for our 5-year-old. Sanibel is such a fun place to visit. All of the local shops and restaurants we fabulous. We will definitely be back! The only thing I’d recommend is upgrading the WiFi/internet service. It was painfully slow and didn’t work at all sometimes, especially in the evening, which made it difficult to watch movies as a family since the Smart TV runs on internet. Not a deal breaker because we played card games instead, but would have been nice to have faster and more stable TV/internet.

Great property. Fabulous property management team that made check in and our special requests so easy. Property was even more spacious than the pictures. Super comfortable beds and couches. Pool is right out the lanai and beach is quiet, beautiful, and only steps away. We would absolutely stay here again!

First trip to Sanibel

We’re so pleased we found the Breakers West, the unit was clean and cool upon our arrival. The beach was steps away and everything we hoped for. We found other visitors friendly and informative. We’ll recommend Sanibel and the Breakers to friends and family.
