「We had a great experience here. Rooms were spacious and clean, pool and outdoor hotub were great and the shuttle they offer to and from the mountain was awesome. We also liked having a full kitchen / living room to hang out versus the hotel route. 」

「My wife and I recently stayed here for a week to escape the summer heat in Texas and enjoy all Vail has to offer. The condo while dated, was very clean and was in a can't beat location. The instructions provided for check in were clear and their management's response time was very timely over text. 「The condo was in a bad state. Smelled so bad. We had booked for 2 nights but couldn’t wait for the first morning to check out. The communication with the property management was poor. The Carpets were torn n spots all over, the linen smelled bad. Found socks from probably the previous visitor, sofa was like 20 years old ,we had to check out the very next morning as I was concerned about the health n safety of my family. They haven’t refunded us the money yet. Poor management.」
