「The stay overall was great, but this wasn’t an ideal fit for my family. I’m sure others would enjoy the experience, but as a new mom I need the general conveniences that come with most 4-Star or better hotels. Think room service, concierge, room turn-down, crib/pack-n-play, etc. In all fairness, I’m sure we aren’t their target audience! 「Our stay @ the Coastal Hotel & Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront was excellent. We started each morning of our stay with the continental breakfast which had good options for everyone. The staff was extremely friendly & courteous.
Our room was a bit dated but the view we had made up for it. We didn't have any issues with on-site parking but it appeared limited only going to the 5th floor.
Overall we enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning to Virginia Beach」

「Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation.
