"I stayed in September which is out of the ski season so didn’t get the experience of it being a spa hotel as I was the only guest and had to ask to use the jacuzzi and other facilities. Staff were very helpful and accommodating though. In season when the hotel is full it’s probably a very different experience. Hotel room is a little dated but clean, breakfast was very good. It Is a good location being midway between the old town and the top of town where the gondola is."
"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance.
It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view."
