The Le Temps Des Vacances agency is pleased to offer you this house with a garden, ideal for a family with children. Located in a quiet residential area, a 10-minute walk from the shops. The rental is located as follows: you enter an air-conditioned living room opening onto a fully equipped US kitchen leading to a dining room. The entire ground floor opens onto the garden. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The first with 2 single beds (90*190 trundle bed) and the second with a double bed (140*200). A bathroom with WC completes the upper floor and a separate WC on the ground floor. You can park a car in the driveway in front of the garage and there are also spaces on the street. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be final without these documents.
