"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Their menu is excellent and the food is delicious. Their mole is superb. Eating at the courtyard next to the water fountain was relaxing, comfortable and amazing. Shops, banks, farmacies, convenient store, cafes, the town square, churches, etc, are all within walking distance. This hotel is in an excellent location. We did not drive however this hotel does provide guest parking. The staff is above excellent! Ricardo and Juan Carlos are true professionals who immediately made us feel like home. Both explained in detail the process of making their mole and other menu items. They provided direction as to where to go and how to get to the places we wanted to visit and they did it always with a big smile. My family and I visited for the first time and plan on going back again. The entire staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel itself is something out of a beautiful dream."
