The check-in was fast me and my friends enjoy the whole stay the breakfast buffet was great since we were really early. Although the pools chlorine was too strong :( Overall great stay great facilities great staff 5 starts :)

We stayed in 4 different hotels in Alabang on this trip, and I must say that our three nights Crimson hotel experience is the best. Wow, this is my first time to see a hotel lobby that is located on a higher floor. Customer services in all departments are superb, from front desk agents to house keeping staff, pool deck food servers, all the way to security officers in the 3rd floor parking entrance and ground floor entrance. Thank you for making us secured and safe. Please always maintain your...

Great staff

Nice hotel. Location is is great. Right in the heart of Alabang town center. Spacious room.. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Pool is a bit small but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, pleasant staff. My only complaint was dinner in the Tree Top Room. I invited friends there for dinner and was the worst dining experience of my life. The food was terrible as was the service. It was a shame as the overall hotel experience was very nice.

It’s all good

Great location close to the airport.

Best hotel i have ever been to by far.

This hotel is new. The room is small, but not tiny. Bed was comfy and good selection of cable channels (but no fox news). Front desk was nice and helpful. Definitely a great value for 6 bits. Will stay there again. Also, close to casinos!

The hotel is just Perfect for what we needed! Location is very convenient! It’s very clean , staff were very friendly and the most unforgettable experience was the breakfast included ! We were expecting a continental breakfast only but were surprised With the huge spread of good food! Thank you! We’re booking our next stay before we go back to US!

Was excellent

Aside from the perfect location near restaurants and shops, all the staff were very pleasant and eager to help also prompt service every time I requested something sent to my room. already recommended BGC SEDA to everyone I know and every time I visit Manila I’ll only stay at this hotel

Convenient location. Close to airport, shopping, dining and casino.

I like the service all employees are always smiling!

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

I feel like I was really taken care of at Manila Marriott Hotel. My girlfriend & I were only there 3 days, (to be close to the airport) at the end of my trip. From the front desk to the maid service... everything was first rate. You will pay for this service, but I think its worth the pay. Easily the best place I've stayed in the Philippines, and for what I paid it should be that good. The room was really great.. big flat screen, shower & tub.. very clean... The Restaurant had an outstanding...

This is my first rating for my fourth stay at The Heritage Manila. I find it to be exceptional at cleanliness, dining experience, and amenities provided. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Ms. Jette at the reception counter. She compassionately listened as i communicated my issue, and she offered a solution. Sheer professionalism. Thank you greatly, Ms. Jette. Of the many hotels i have stayed while in Manila, The Heritage has the best security, housekeeping, and...

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Their chefs also made us a special departing treat when they were notified in convo that we were leaving (Dom and Rizki). Amazing!! Rooms are spacious and kept clean with...

The breakfast buffet is one of the reasons we stay at this hotel but the location and the property is also amazing
