The building with elevator is located in the area of Lido dei Pini, very close to the pinewood that leads to Pluto’s beach and to the Promenade of Lido dei Pini. Our cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift. The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, A/C, a microwave, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom without window with a shower without curtain, a terrace (with limited side sea view), Wi-Fi and a covered parking space.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
